Fun day in the sun at St Peter and St Pauls summer fete in Bexhill. Some existing Up-Grade students get to show off their skills whilst newbies came to try out the blend of academic and physical skill-building!

The 'Running Start' was a huge success. 
By exploring the kind of work the year sixes could expect to encounter in the new year, as well as sprinkling the course with confidence-boosting management strategies, every young person left the course excited and prepared for the new journey ahead!

HR has successfully completed his 7 week course in Youth Coaching, GCSE PE revision and kickboxing training. HR attended every session, achieved a double grade in his physical test and 83% in his written examination. Well done, HR!

Congratulations to one of our students who has chosen to extend his training with Up-Grade by joining our partner gym Freestyle Combat Academy in the search to better himself. 

A huge well done to the lad for expressing his creativity in such a high pressured environment....experiencing success whilst developing high level coping skills for the future, doing what he loves!
